THE BAXTER LESSER FOUNDATION
ABOUT
The Baxter Lesser Foundation is a non-political, grant-making UK charity that provides financial support to small charities working to alleviate homelessness in the UK, and to charities working to alleviate poverty in Latin America.
Examples of organisations supported in the UK include those providing immediate support to homeless people such as UK soup kitchens, as well charities that help homeless people to get off the streets and into accommodation and work, such as by providing apprenticeships, personal development, or employment-focused training.
Examples of organisations supported in Latin America include those working to eradicate early childhood malnutrition in Argentina and Chile, or to provide education support to young people in Bolivia and Peru.
The Baxter Lesser Foundation actively seeks charitable organizations to support, and decides which charitable organizations to support on a discretionary basis that meets the charity’s aims and in recognition of the fact that it can only provide support within the limits of its income.
